Continuing our discussion on Credit Union Sustainability, our next video in the series is from a consultant’s perspective. Maintaining typical business practices is a great strategy for growth in 2010 was the message from John Gregoire, Principal, The ProCon Group, LLC.  He provides a unique example of how Credit Unions should take a ‘business as usual’ approach to 2010 in the video below.  He believes keeping to the status quo creates a positive employee and member perception of the Credit Union.  He cautions about not becoming stagnant in a struggling economy. Then, as consumers are looking for financial partners that are moving forward, they will remain with their Credit Unions, move more to them, or switch business to thriving Credit Unions.
