In the last few months of 2009, my client service team and I were on the road with clients delivering marketing plan presentations and discussing strategies for 2010. My fascination with video as a great medium online led me to ask credit union executives to give me their take on the future opportunities and challenges for the year ahead.
Our first video is from a CEO’s perspective with Todd Pearson, President and CEO, Arizona Central Credit Union, who took the helm in mid-2009. Despite Arizona’s high foreclosure and unemployment rates, Pearson discusses new opportunities in lending and a focus on more efficient credit union operations in 2010. Having been the Senior Vice President/COO at Arizona Central for many years, Pearson expresses his understanding of what it will take to make it through Arizona’s tough economic climate.
