I&#039;ve decided that Twitter is one of the best tools for consumers to share their (sometimes blunt) opinions and thoughts with the world. Nothing is better than freedom of speech and consumers want to be heard! They feel more accomplished or important if they&#039;ve put their 2 cents in.
